Supplier Development Program of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP)

In 1998, the United Nations Development Program, UNDP- began activities in Mexico to generate a methodology for the development of suppliers. The client called leader or tractor enterprise designates suppliers that are vital to their operation and proposes them to UN advisors. Once the UN endorses the supplier or suppliers, they are invited to participate with the client in the program which works in both directions, i.e., the supplier must identify improvement areas of its client so that corrective and continuous improvement actions be considered. This program is aimed at achieving efficiency and quality processes and increased business growth.

Last June 11, 2012 our client Capsugel de Mexico S. de R.L., asked us to participate in this program which was developed in the following stages: Diagnosis - Interaction - Improvement Plan - Implementation - Documentation

Finally last December 5, 2013 the United Nations Program for Development UNDP granted us the recognition for the participation and completion of the Supplier Development project.
