AWARD TO BUSINESS MERIT 2013

Since 2006 the Government of the State of Querétaro, publicly recognizes the effort and competitiveness of the state's industrial sector through the delivery of Business Merit Award, award given in the categories of Competitiveness, Social Responsibility and Exportation.

Agencies and institutions such as CANACINTRA, Tecnológico de Monterrey, Ministry of Economy and INDEX are responsible for evaluating and determining the winners.

It is the highest award granted by the State Government to the productive sector and it evaluates processes, continuous improvement, market share and support to Foreign Trade of the state.

The winners in addition to the recognition of their work receive different benefits such as:

  • Display the logo of the award
  • Total or partial support in training, fairs and exhibitions
  • Participation in government events
  • COMCE - INDEX - SE (Mexican Business Council for Foreign Trade) diverse support in events, courses and funding

The Governor of the State, José Calzada Rovirosa, gave Grupo Aduanal Galván SC the award to "Business Merit Querétaro 2013" in the category of Export Services, award that recognizes organizations, companies and institutions established in the state, in order to promote industrial development in the State, besides Exports, Competitiveness, and Social Responsibility.

In an official ceremony at the Congress Center in Queretaro, Customs Agent Vicente Rivera Ramos and Eduardo Juárez Rios received on behalf of Grupo Galvan the award from the Governor of the State, who congratulated the winners, urging them to continue as the pillars of development in the state and thanking them for their effort and high level of competitiveness, which is an example for companies in the region.
